1. Preheat oven to 350-degrees. Grease a 12-cup tube pan.
2. In one bowl, combine flour, baking powder and 2 tsp cinnamon. In another bowl, toss peaches with 1/4 cup sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon.
3. In mixer, beat canola oil with eggs, orange juice, vanilla and 2 cups of sugar for 2 minutes. Add flour mixture in batches until combined. Add peaches and stir gently until combined. Transfer to tube pan.
4. Bake until golden and toothpick comes out clean, about 90 minutes. Cool completely before unmolding.
