1. Preheat oven to 350-degrees.
2. Combine apple mixture ingredients and set aside.
3. Combine baking powder, salt and flour and set aside.
4. Mix sugar, oil, juice, vanilla and eggs with electric mixer. When completely mixed, add the baking powder mixture.
5. Pour 1/3 of batter into well greased and floured tube pan. Add apple mixture. Continue doing this 3 times.
6. Bake for 1 3/4 hours.
