Easy to prepare and doesn’t use many eggs. You don’t have to separate the eggs. I make it every year because it never fails to turn out delicious.

No Fail Apple Cobbler

Ingredients
6-8 apples
1/2 lemon
1 teaspoon sugar
2 eggs
5 tablespoons oil
1 cup sugar
1 cup potato starch
1 teaspoon orange juice
Directions
Slice 6-8 apples (peeled) into a greased pie pan. Sprinkle the juice of 1/2 lemon and 1 teaspoon sugar on the apples. Mix batter together and spoon batter over apples. Bake 10 minutes at 425º; 25-30 minutes at 375º. Serves 6-8.
