Ingredients

3 eggs
1 cup oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup sugar
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup chocolate chips (milk chocolate or semi-sweet; substitute nuts or raisins if desired)
Cinnamon sugar


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs, oil, vanilla and sugar together. Fold in flour and baking powder, then fold in chips. Mold into a loaf on a greased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake for 30 minutes. Take out of oven, slice, re-sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, and bake for another 7 -10 minutes.
