Mango Avocado Salad Or Salsa

Ingredients


3 large ripe mangos, peeled, pitted and cut into 1-inch chunks for salad or smaller   dice for salsa
3 medium ripe avocados, peeled, pitted   and cut into 1-inch chunks for salad or   smaller dice for salsa
6 tablespoons fresh lime juice from 3 limes
6 tablespoons minced red onion
6 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro or flat leaf parsley
1 jalapeno chili, stemmed, seeded and   minced or less according to taste
salt & ground fresh pepper to taste

Directions


Mix together first six ingredients in a medium bowl and then season with the salt and pepper to taste. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until chilled, at least 1 hour. This can be stored in refrigerator for up to one day before serving. Serves 8.
