Nutty Chicken Fingers

Ingredients


1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/3 cup cornflake crumbs
1 Tbsp parsley flakes
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp garlic powder
12 oz skinless chicken breasts, cut in 3 x 1 strips
1 egg

Directions


1. Combine first five ingredients.
2. Dip chicken strips in egg, followed by the mixture, until well covered.
3. Bake at 400-degrees for 15 minutes, until well browned and white on the inside when cut.
