Jewish Community Services

Addiction Services is certified by the State of Maryland as an outpatient program; DWI/DUI educational and treatment program, and referral agency of the courts. JCS recovery-focused counseling, treatment, referral and educational programs address the challenges of substance use, abuse and addiction.
