First Jewish Prez?

Joe Lieberman couldn’t pass the mustard (or cream cheese?) in 2004, but maybe it’s Roseanne Barr’s moment.

Because if we really want change, isn’t the most insane, unpredictable person the best candidate for America’s first Jewish president?

As Green Party national coordinator Scott McLarty said in a whopping understatement, “She will make it very interesting from what I have seen,” reports the New York Post.

She can even steal votes from probable GOP nominee Mitt Romney; from age 6 to 16, the Green Party nominee wannabe reportedly considered herself a Mormon, according to her autobiography.

As many know, Roseanne has classic Jewish stock. Her dad, Jerome Hershel “Jerry” Barr, was a salesman and her paternal grandfather changed the family name from Borisofsky upon entering the goldeneh medinah.

And as a bonus for Charm City’s environs, the Greenies will meet in Baltimore in July. One question is left: Who caters? Attman’s or Café Hon? Oy, imagine the celebratory and celebrity food fight!
