On March 13, Audrey E. Saltzman (née Kronberg) of Baltimore at age 90. She was devoted to family. If you look up the definitions of kindness and thoughtfulness, you would be describing her to a T. Thinking of others, considerate, kind, patient, generous, trusting,
and love of all people and living things come to mind. Like every Jewish mother, she overfed everyone. Friends would always “stop over,” just to sit and chat because she was such a good listener. She always kept her front door open and you never knew who’d be sitting on her sofa. She didn’t care about social standing, or the money you made, she just wanted to help and be needed. Her family will miss her every day forever.
She is survived by loving husband Ben of 71 years; children Helene Reid and Debbie (Kevin) Dooley; grandchildren Rachel “Rei” Reid (Max Shiffman),
Jenna (Brandon) Epstein, Dave (Sarah) Dooley, Laura Smith, and Shannon Dooley; great-grandchildren Kinleigh Smith and Madeline “Maddie” Dooley; and precious cat Mr.
Chan (16 years old). She was predeceased by sister Francis “Frenchy” Milner and parents Phillip and Bertha Kronberg.
