All of us at Pearlstone are honored to have been featured in your cover story (“Living Judaism,” April 20), and we are grateful to have the opportunity to do such holy work in the world and to be on this beautiful land every day working alongside wonderful people from all walks of life.
I especially want to thank our outgoing board president, Rachel Steinberg Warschawski, who has been central to our success over the past 10 years, and is truly one of the most passionate, committed and talented lay leaders I have ever seen. Alongside Richie Pearlstone, Josh Fidler, Pacey Oletsky, Michelle Lax, Ilene Vogelstein, P.J. Pearlstone and Aaron Max, Rachel is part of an amazing group of current and former Pearlstone board presidents, without whom none of this would be possible. Our community is blessed by their vision, generosity and leadership, along with the hard work and dedication of hundreds of staff and board members over the years as well.
We are all inspired and excited to launch the groundbreaking new Pearlstone Campus, starting with Upick Certified Organic Strawberries this May! Hope to see you out on the farm, and may we all continue to work together towards a bright future for our people and our planet.
