Rosh Hashanah with Hadar’s Rising Song Institute and Adamah

Screening of “OCTOBER 8”
The Baltimore Jewish Council is partnering with Chizuk Amuno Congregation to screen the film “October 8,” about antisemitism and other issues facing the American Jewish community since the attacks in Israel. After the film, BJC Executive Director Howard Libit and Chizuk Amuno Rabbi Joshua Gruenberg will hold a conversation. The event will run from 3 to 5:45 p.m. at Chizuk Amuno.

“Fall In Love With Fashion” Fashion Show and Luncheon
Kappa Guild Inc. will have its annual “Fall in Love With Fashion” Fashion Show and Luncheon at the Zamoiski Auditorium of Sinai Hospital. Doors open at 11:30 a.m. for preview shopping with a buffet luncheon to follow at noon. United in Hope: A Day of Remembrance, Reflection and Resilience
Jewish community members are coming together to mark the second anniversary of the Oct. 7 attacks. The event will consist of a 9 a.m. march for the hostages, a 10:15 a.m. Commemoration Ceremony, a 10:45 a.m. Gallery Walk at Har Sinai-Oheb Shalom Congregation and a 5 p.m. screening of “Not in Our School” at the Gordon Center.
