On November 19, Arnold Billig of Baltimore at 86. He is survived by daughter Sondra (Alan) Shurkin; and nephew Dan Billig. He was predeceased by his wife, Wilma Billig (née Dermer); his brother Jack Billig; parents Abraham and Sara Billig; and nephews Andy Billig and Michael Billig.
