Arnold Jay Neuburger, of Jarrettsville, passed away on May 26, at the age of 94. He is survived by his beloved spouse, Elke Neuburger (nee Blum); and his loving daughters, Barbara (Kevin) McGowan and Marcia Neuburger. He was predeceased by his dear sister, Fanny Mae (Alfred) Okum; and devoted parents, Lottie and Sidney Neuburger. The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Arnold’s loving caregiver, Myra Wynn.
