On Tuesday June 4, 2013, MILLICENT of Thurmont, Md, formerly of Philadelphia and Brooklyn, N.Y.; beloved wife of the late Philip T. Band; loving mother of David (Susan Klein), Steven (Eve) and Lisa Band; dear grandmother of Adam, Michael, Anna, Mallory and Rebecca Band. Funeral services were held Sunday, June 9, 2013, at 11 a.m at Shaare Tefila Congregation, 16620 Georgia Ave., Olney, Md. Interment at Judean Memorial Gardens, Olney, Md. Shiva will be observed at the home of David Band and Susan Klein Sunday-Wednesday.
