On Dec. 17, William Stuart Bell of Columbia at 63. He is survived by wife RaeAnn Newland-Salibi; daughter Juliette Bell (Rafael Seward); and sister Elizabeth Bell (Paul Aumayr). He was predeceased by brother David Bell and parents Shirley and Julius Bell. He was born and grew up in Baltimore. He attended Baltimore Polytechnic High School, University of Maryland, College Park and American University. He was an avid lover of music, having worked on the concert staff at U of M, recording studios in New York City following graduation from college and throughout the rest of his life as an enthusiastic concert-goer and record collector. He was also a keen and avid photographer, having worked for “Hammer and Dolly” magazine and many local theatres, including The Vagabond Players. He was an employee of The Home Depot and was considered to be a knowledgeable and valuable consultant in his field of expertise. He was a beloved family member and friend to many, whose calm, steadfast and caring manner was appreciated by all who knew him.
