On October 17, Bella P. Caplan (née Polen) of Pikesville at 95. She is survived by son Allan P. Caplan; daughter-in-law Kathleen R. Caplan; daughter Zarita C. Hack; and grandchildren Jacob A. Caplan and Zachary A. Caplan. She was predeceased by husband Daniel G. Caplan; brother Saul Polen; and her parents.
