On February 7, Bernard A. Fine at 90. He is survived by his wife Phyllis I. Fine (née Williams); children Marc Fine (Irma Purisch) and Allen Fine (Alisa Anania); brother Norman (Myra) Fine; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his daughter Marla Fine; parents Abraham and Dora (née Berman) Fine; and brothers Morton Fine and Paul Fine. Born in Baltimore, he was a Korean War veteran, a business owner and very talented mechanically. He was an avid boater, active member of the Maryland Yacht Club and even served as Commodore for one term. But most of all he was very dedicated, loving husband, father and grandfather.
