On Jan. 28, Larry Wilson Bledsoe of Millsboro, Del., at 78. He is survived by wife Francine Bledsoe (née Swetsky); daughter Jennifer Lynn Bledsoe; granddaughter Magan Alyse Kopp; sister-in-law Elaine (Mort) Golden; nieces Randi (Adam) Carrick and Susan (Dominic) Comi; and nephews Matthew Golden and Barry (Jennifer) Shapiro. He was predeceased by parents Thelma and Hoyt Bledsoe and sister-in-law Barbara (Harvey) Shapiro. He had 37 years with the federal government in human resources/personnel, including the U.S. Customs Service and various other Treasury agencies, as well as the Department of Agriculture, Agency for International Development and many others. He held many high level positions, receiving many awards. He was a trailblazer in high project areas. He loved his family and enjoyed traveling with them. He loved working with genealogy and spent many hours researching family roots.
