On Feb. 6, Mitzie Polakoff Cohen, a resident of Naples, Fla., and a former resident of Baltimore, Chicago and Miami. She was the daughter of Harry Polakoff and Sadie Polakoff. She was predeceased by husband Dr. Harry Cohen. She is survived by daughters Judith Cohen (Teddy Okum) and Deborah (Jay) Lenhoff and son Dr. Howard (Mary Ellen) Cohen. She leaves behind grandchildren Andrew Cohen-Barnhouse (Dana Campbell), David (Krysten) Cohen-Barnhouse, Katie Lenhoff, Jessica Lenhoff and Kelly Cohen and great-grandchildren Michael Cohen-Barnhouse, Ethan Cohen-Barnhouse and Max Barnhouse. She is also survived by nephews Robert (Lisa) Rombro and Robert (Tina) Snyder and nieces Joan D. Rombro and Phyllis (Arthur) Smelkinson. She was predeceased by sisters Gerrye (Leonard) Rombro and
Bertha (Henry) Zareswitz.
