  1. I am so sorry to hear of Lea’s passing. She and Mickey (z’l) were my cousins. I used to babysit for their children. Our family used to be very close and we would get together for gatherings of the Singer Family Circle. Mickey and Lea would host many of those events. I remember an uncle would comment that Mickey would ’emcee’ the party and I used to think that they were referring to ‘mc’ for Mickey Cohen. They were always gracious and giving and I always thought that they were a very loving couple. Lea was always be the sophisticated one that would put up with the crazy antics of Mickey. I loved to hear Mickey’s stories and he always had a great idea for the latest craze. When they entered a room everything would change to laughter and pure joy, they were the life of the party. I miss them both and their memory will always be a blessing
Lynne, I am so sorry for your loss, I hope you are well and feel free to reach out to say hello.
