On December 24, Craig Howard Leerman at 62. He is survived by his wife, Kelly; children Stevi and John; mother Rosalie; sister Mindy Poorman; niece Meghann Dayhoff and nephew Eric Lieberman; and many grandnephews. He was predeceased by his father, Benjamin.
After spending four years in the U.S. Navy, he pursued his dream of music and loved running his own audio-production company, Tech Works, in Reno, Nev. His company worked on everything from government hearings, Bill Clinton’s presidential inauguration and several governor inaugurations to big-named artists such as James Brown and Wynonna Judd. He left behind many colleagues and friends in the industry, who learned a lot from Craig, and enjoyed his humor and stories. He also wrote for ProSound Live, where he tested and reviewed new audio equipment.
