On Jan. 23, Sheldon Darsch of Owings Mills at 91. Born on Koenig Street near Druid Hill Park, he served in the Army in Germany just after WWII, and then worked for the Social Security Administration until retiring. He was a kind and generous man who always made time to help family and friends. He is survived by nephew Neil (Angela) Levy and great-nieces and nephews Dr. Nicole Levy, Brent Levy and Garrett Levy. He was predeceased by sister Charlotte Rudman; niece Phyllis Quarles; cousin Sidney Schwartz; and parents Esther and Samuel Darsch.
