On July 2, Diane Ellen Gartner (née Brooks) of Owings Mills at 73. She is survived by husband of 51 years Howard and children, Beth (significant other Dennis Kloster) and Todd (fiancee Michelle Larkins). She is also survived by sister Sharon (the late Sig) Alman, brother-in-law and sister-in-law Randy and Judy Gartner, many other family members and friends. She was predeceased by parents Harry and Blanche Brooks. A loving wife, mom, daughter and sister, a hard worker, dedicated volunteer, caring, committed friend, she was always there for everyone, with support, encouragement and warmth.
