On July 15, Dr. Albert Pats of Baltimore at 95. He is survived by children Rachael (Symmes) Gardner, Monica Pats (Ralph Manna), Barbara Pats (Larry Naviasky), Jennifer (Steve) Cousins and Yale (Gerilyn) Pats; grandchildren Emma Sartwell (Chris Cannon), Sam Sartwell, Jacob Naviasky, Gabriel Naviasky, Ethan Naviasky, Jonathan Cousins, Andrew Cousins, Benjamin Cousins, Darren Pats and Alexa Pats; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by wife Nadja Pats (née Barron); siblings Leah (Herman) Leavey, Bessie (Newton) Schendlinger and Sidney (Ida) Pats; and parents Anna and Morris Pats. He had a well-recognized and distinguished 30-year career as an anesthesiologist at Mercy Hospital and thoroughly enjoyed his retirement as an avid golfer, Orioles fan, tax consultant and JEA board member. He had a big heart, a positive attitude and took great enjoyment in his children and grandchildren. His marriage to Nadja was a true love affair of nearly 70 years.
