On August 18, Dr. Arthur Culiner of Baltimore at 77. He is survived by wife Minna Culiner (nee Felcher); daughter Jill Culiner (Anita Zitis); and grandchildren Emma Zitis and Wylie Zitis. He was predeceased by parents Dorothy and Jacob Culiner.
