On Jan. 4, Jacob “Jack” I. Eisen of Baltimore at 98. He is survived by children Dr. Mark Z. (Marcey) Eisen, Ellen B. Eisen and Michele Eisen Foreman; grandchildren Stefanie (Nuri) Boardman, Dr. Scott (Dr. Jacqueline) Eisen, Jonathan (Danielle) Foreman and Abby Foreman; and great-grandchildren Rachel and Julia Boardman and Brooke Eisen. He was predeceased by wife Florence R. Eisen; siblings Sara Lanzillotti, Charles Eisen, Hyman Eisen and Sylvia Zenitz; and parents Blanche and Ellis Eisen.
