Jewish Matryoshka Project invites Russian-Speaking families to Самый Цимес! Cooking Workshop
Sunday, August 30 at 4:00PM
Elisabeth Fraiman will guide us through the process of creating a culinary masterpiece for your Rosh Hashanah table.
We will cook:
A festive quick salad
Slow Tzimmes with chicken
Elisabeth Fraiman is a a Russian-Jewish-Israeli Moscow-based chef, literary and culinary blogger, creator of the “I wanna be a chef” project, and instructor of the “Bread and Food” Culinary School. Her master classes are always charged with incredible energy, filled with jokes, helpful tips and incredible recipes.
$15/family. Includes supplies delivered to you (available to Baltimore residents only).
Free without delivery. You should have on hand chicken, salad ingredients and olive oil.
