Memoir Writing with Barbara Bass
This workshop will help participants retrieve their memories as they write about their lives, recording them for posterity, while at the same time preserving family history. During each session, participants will be encouraged to write, while guided by a skilled writer/teacher. Participants will be provided with writing prompts that will help to spark memories. Over the course of the session, participants will form a community of writers, sharing their stories with the other writers in the class. Instructor Barbara Bass, Ph.D., Professor of English Emerita, Towson University.
