​We are living in a time that feels often confusing and stressful. Incorporating meditation in our lives can be the change that can make a big difference. Umesh Bhatia teaches a simple meditation technique to increase personal well-being. A short meditation sitting included. Registration closes one hour before the start of the program. A valid email address is needed at registration to send a Zoom link to the program 30 minutes before scheduled start.
