The Temple Emanu-El Streicker Center is hosting award-winning actor Bryan Cranston to discuss his new hit show, Showtime’s Your Honor and the process of adapting the Israeli series for American television. Cranston will be joined by Executive Producers Peter Moffat, Liz Glotzer and Alon Aranya for a conversation moderated by SiriusXM’s Jessica Shaw. The event will take place online on Monday, January 25th at 6:30pm EST, and is free and open to the public.

Bryan Cranston is best known for Breaking Bad, which earned him six Emmy and a Golden Globe. He won the Tony Award for his performance as Lyndon B. Johnson in All the Way and for his portrayal of Howard Beale in Network. Now, as series star and executive producer of Your Honor, Cranston plays a respected New Orleans judge whose son’s involvement in a hit-and-run leads to a high-stakes game of lies, deceit and impossible choices. The show is the latest in a series of Israeli hits to be adapted for American audiences.
