At 07:44 a.m., police and fire units were dispatched to Old Court Road and Estates Court in Precinct 4/Pikesville for a pedestrian struck. The victim was identified by police as Damien Graham, 30, of the 3500 block of Edmondson Ave., and the Crash Team is currently investigating the incident. The vehicle involved remained at the scene, and no charges have been filed at this time.
Baltimore County Police crash investigators, on the scene, said preliminary crash reconstruction indicates that the victim, was crossing Old Court Road when he was struck by a 2009 Honda CRV. The victim was not in a crosswalk.
The 33-year-old driver of the Honda CRV was transported by ground to Northwest Hospital for treatment of non life-threatening injuries. The crash remains under investigation at this time. There have been a handful of pedestrians struck within the last month in Baltimore County.
