On October 19, 2017, Louis Frank, Jr., beloved husband of Beryl Frank (nee Oppenheimer); devoted father of Carol (Leon) Wynne, Susan Hansell and Robert (June) Frank; dear brother of Stanley (late Paula) Frank and Jean (late Eugene) Gogel; cherished grandfather of Jonathan (Mattie) Wynne, Jennifer (Nicholas) John, Sarah Ann Ryan, Robert Frank, Jr., Michael Frank, Cameron Frank and Victoria Frank; loving great-grandfather of Nathan and Cassidy Wynne, Kayla and Darcy John, Maggie and Annabelle Ryan; adored son of the late Louis and Ruth Frank. Funeral services and interment will be held at Druid Ridge Cemetery, Pikesville, Md., on Sunday, October 22, at 11 a.m. Please omit flowers.
