On Nov. 28, Herbert (Herb) Gampel of Owings Mills at 79. He is survived by wife of 50 years Joan Gampel (née Stankiewicz); sister Harriette Waxman of Boynton Beach, Fla.; and sisters-in-law Patricia Marruffo and Jennifer Stankiewicz. He was predeceased by parents Earl and Mary Gampel. He loved collecting big antique cars produced in 1977-78, especially Cadillacs and Chryslers.
