On January 20, Irving I. Kramer of Silver Spring at 97. He is survived by his children, Donna (Alan) Stackman and David Kramer; grandchildren Adam (Jamie) Stackman, Amanda (Greg) Stein, Zachary Kramer and Zoe Kramer; and great-grandsons Andrew Stackman and Matthew Stackman. He was predeceased by his wife, Miriam H. Kramer (née Horowitz); brothers Charles Kramer and Edward Kramer; and parents Lena and Hyman Kramer.
