Dr. Linda Jacobs, executive director of The Harbour School at Annapolis and Baltimore, has been named an officer of the board of directorsfor the Maryland Association of Nonpublic Special Education Facilities. Dr. Jacobs will serve as treasurer; she has served on the MANSEF board in various capacities, including president.
