On Sept. 20, Jacqueline Tibbs Copeland at 76. She is survived by husband Rene Copeland; children Kevin Fraser and Traci Copeland; son-in-law Eddie Lincoln; and brother-in-law Rick Copeland. She was predeceased by parents Harold and Lucille Tibbs. Jackie, a beacon in the Baltimore, Washington, D.C. and the greater Maryland arts community, enriched countless lives through her guidance and leadership. She was adored by her family and all those fortunate enough to know her.
