On July 7, Jim Holloway of Columbia at 89. He was a unique and talented man, a quiet and consistent presence in the lives of his family. His photographs and furniture are a testament to his artistic vision. A man of many interests and talents, he worked in the theater, taught history and photography and designed and built beautiful furniture. He appreciated beauty and craftsmanship. He loved quietly but passionately. His love for his wife Joan, his daughter Elisabeth and grandchildren Azur, Malachi and Parisa was fierce. He will always be in our hearts.
