On Sept. 14, Ethel Kandell (née Malove) of Croton-on-Hudson, N.Y., at 95. She is survived by children Kenneth (Frances) Kandell and Helen (Ira) Barouch and sister Sunny Margolis. She was predeceased by husband Sigmund Kandell; brothers Murray and Sam Malove; and parents Helen and Frank Malove.
