On Dec. 18, Hal Kaplan of Baltimore at 71. He is survived by sister Elisa Fullenkamp; long-time caretaker Michael Dodge; and friend Martin Broverman of Wheeling, W.Va. He was predeceased by parents Mildred and Karl Kaplan and close cousin Harry Lebow.
