On Sept. 21, Blanche Katz (née Pomerantz) of Owings Mills at 87. She is survived by daughter Karen Waller (Bob Steen); sister Paula (Nathan) Smigel; grandchildren Ryan Walsh (Chrissy Simons) and Brandon Waller; great-granddaughter Callie Renee Walsh; many nieces and nephews; and friend Estelle Roll. She was predeceased by husband Sidney Katz; daughter Bobbie (Kenny) Gower; and parents Ralph and May Pomerantz.
