On May 29, Roman Kogan of Owings Mills at 91. He is survived by wife Larisa Kogan (née Burdo); daughters Ella (Michael) Grinshpon and Irina (Alex) Roshal; grandchildren Ally Walenga, Vlad Borisenko, Vitaliy Roshal and Brian Roshal; and great-grandson Shane DiLeonardi.
