On March 7, Vladimir Leizerovich Kosoy of Baltimore at 70. A special and incredible person, he is survived by wife Dora Kosoy; son Gedaliah (Chana) Kosoy; grandchildren Sara (David) Altshuler, Moshe (Tova) Kosoy, Esther Kosoy, Chaya Kosoy, Shmuel Kosoy and Rivka Kosoy; and great-grandchildren Shlomo Leib Altshuler and Chaim Simcha Altshuler. He was predeceased by parents Leizer and Tayba Kosoy.
