Hillel Kuttler of Nahariya, Israel; Robyn Schaffer of Baltimore; Marc Bery of Guayaquil, Ecuador; and Jacqueline Liberman of Quito, Ecuador, announce the engagement of their children, Gil R. Kuttler and Nicole Bery Liberman. Gil is currently studying at Technion-Israel Institute of Technology, and Nicole is a program director at the Israeli Aid agency. The couple plans to be married next fall in Israel.
