On March 29, Sidney Levin of Baltimore at 96. He is survived by daughter Deborah M. Levin; sister Mary Garfield and grandchildren Max Montague and Margot Montague. He was predeceased by wife Esther Levin (née Rubenstein); brother-in-law Lee Garfield; and parents Max and Sarah Levin. He was a veteran who proudly served in World War II in Greenland for two years. He was a hardworking professional and was a business executive for many years in the textile industry. He was a traveler who enjoyed exploring the world over. He was interested in the arts: opera, symphony and theater, and enjoyed playing bridge when he could. Above all else, he loved being who he was to those he cared for most, a husband to his wife of 64 years, a father, a grandfather and a friend.
