On March 12, Jay E. Levy of Pinehurst, N.C. — formerly of Baltimore — at 76. A native of Youngstown, Ohio, he was son of the late Herman B. and Ruth (Garber) Levy. He is survived by wife Deborah (Debbie) Clark Levy; children Joshua (Tara) Levy, Ben (Stacy Landsman) Levy, Katherine (Jeremy Epstein) Levy and Emily (Ross Dubin) Levy, all of Baltimore; and granddaughters Corinne Levy, Keira Levy, Hannah Levy and Clara Epstein. He had a long and successful career as a health care attorney, serving as an assistant attorney general for the Maryland Health Services Cost Review Commission and general counsel to North Arundel Hospital, Union of Cecil Hospital and Carroll Hospital Center.
