On Oct. 21, Lori Lefayt of Columbia at 38. She is survived by son Isaac; parents George and Barbara Lefayt; sisters Jody Lefayt and Amy Lefayt-Yezuinas (Stoker Yezuinas); nieces; and nephews Sydney, Daniel, Stoker and Sedinam; great-nephew Onyx; and many cousins, aunts and other family. She was predeceased by grandparents Rose and Myron Cooper.
