Congratulations to Marc Terrill on the occasion of his 10th anniversary as president of The Associated: Jewish Community Federation of Baltimore (“On The Marc,” June 14). While he has greatly influenced the Jewish community and changed lives near and far, the reach of his leadership extends deeply into other communities. There have been numerous occasions over the years when I have approached Marc with ambitious dreams of educational projects that will advance greater understanding and cooperation between Jews and Christians. Marc listens with an open heart, inquires with a probing mind and then expands the vision with new possibilities. He not only encourages us to shoot for the stars, he generates the partnerships that are essential for liftoff.
