Mark Balitsky, of Owings Mills, passed away on May 11, at the age of 78. He is survived by his devoted wife, Adel Balitsky, cherished son, Roman Balitsky; and dear brother, Alex Balitsky. He was predeceased by his loving parents, Roman and Eugina Balitsky.
