On January 16, Marsha Kaufman Minis-Vitow of Ellicott City at 81. She is survived by daughter Jacqueline Vitow-Allen (David Allen); grandson Gavin Allen; brother Stuart (Colleen) Minis; and nephew Nathaniel. She was predeceased by her parents, Max and Rae Minis.
Marsha thought the world of her family, friends and caregivers. They were the greatest gift of life.
