The College Savings Plans of Maryland has announced that the Maryland College Investment Plan, managed and distributed by T. Rowe Price, has been recognized as a “Gold”-rated 529 college savings plan by Morningstar, Inc. This is the fourth straight year the plan has received Morningstar’s highest rating.
